Mabon Celebrations – Hanging Out With Hildegard of Bingen

In this special Energy Update, Helen and Kelly celebrate the Celtic Turning of the Wheel and welcome in the Autumn Equinox (Mabon) and explore the life of 12th century mystic and prophet, St Hildegard of Bingen.

Rev Helen James and Kelly Peacey create an altar adorned with crystals and flowers, honouring the four directions and Spirit in Helen’s healing room in Worcestershire, UK. It’s a time to celebrated our successes and inner harvest, and also a time to grieve and let go of things that no longer serve us, as we enter the darker months of the year and go inward.

The friends have an in-spirited conversation about the current collective energies, astrology and how best to protect ourselves as light beings having a human experience on Gaia.

There is a beautiful meditation from Kelly and we both honour “The Green Prophet” twelfth century mystic St Hildegard of Bingen – what an amazing powerful, multi-talented visionary!

Helen reads a passage written by St Hildegard about her perception of the Goddess From Matthew Fox’s book on Hildegard: he heralds this mystic, composer, artist, medical herbalist, as an inspiration and prophet of our times. Through divination cards, Source and Hildegard, we are encouraged to step into our power and sovereignty.
