Rev. Helen James and Kelly Peacey have another in-spirited conversation about what is going on energetically and offer advice about how we can stay on our cosmic surfboard during the eclipse season.
In their usual light hearted manner, the friends share the importance of cleansing our energy, paying attention to what dreams are telling you and exploring your inner landscape for clues from the subconscious and unconscious terrains of your multi-dimensional being as it may help you discover what it is asking to be released from the past. The eclipses help us release old energies and new influences arrive making it important to stay balanced and practise self care.

Helen shares her rock and shell finds from her latest travels to Holy Island in Northumberland, UK and Crystal Therapist and Teacher, Kelly shares why these sedimentary rocks created from weather and water are perfect for connecting to now, to help flow.
This was filmed as we approached the Autumn Equinox when daylight and the night are equal length, we are reminded also of the need for shadow work and how important it is to do this.
